Meridian Medical Assistance is looking for a highly organised and dedicated Assistance Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month contract.

Location: Randpark Ridge. Must have own reliable transport and be available for local travel to clients in the Johannesburg area.
On-call requirement: 2 weeks per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical bookings, tests, and hospital admissions
- Respond to emergency appointments swiftly and professionally
- Liaise with hospitals, insurers, and healthcare providers
- Manage patient files and documentation with precision
- Review guarantees, audit invoices, and support cost containment
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- 5+ years in customer service and medical coordination.
- Excellent written & spoken English and Afrikaans.
- Proficient in ICD-10, CPT codes & medical authorisations.
- Strong time management and admin skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of email communication efficiently.
- Computer literate and detail-oriented.
