Must have own reliable transport and be available for local travel to clients in the Johannesburg area.?
On-call requirement : 2 weeks per month?
Key Responsibilities : ?
Coordinate medical bookings, tests, and hospital admissions?Respond to emergency appointments swiftly and professionally?Liaise with hospitals, insurers, and healthcare providers?Manage patient files and documentation with precision?Review guarantees, audit invoices, and support cost containment?
Minimum Requirements : ?
Matric certificate.?5+ years in customer service and medical coordination.?Excellent written & spoken English and Afrikaans.?Proficient in ICD-10, CPT codes & medical authorisations.?Strong time management and admin skills.?Ability to handle high volumes of email communication efficiently.?Computer literate and detail-oriented.?
