Nedgroup Investments, located at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics for asset management and drive data-informed decisions. You will oversee MIS delivery, reports, and data governance, working with stakeholders to meet transformational targets and foster a client-centric, performance-driven culture across the team.

Role requires 5+ years in MIS/BI leadership, strong project management, and communications skills to influence

Formación

• Matric/Grade 12 as baseline requirement.
• Advanced diplomas or a 1st degree relevant to finance or business.
• Analytical degree with finance knowledge preferred.

Job Purpose

To use analytical techniques to understand the economics of a business area; to interpret business results and to recommend innovative solutions or strategies that would improve business results.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver service to meet Nedbank internal client's requirements to enable all levels of management to spot opportunities and detect any problems early.
• Provide recommendations based on insights to different levels of management within Nedbank.
• Ensure transformational target are met.
• Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Nedbank culture building initiatives, business strategy, and CSI. Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise, ensuring personal and professional growth.
• Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and values, leading by example.
• Ensure issues raised in culture survey are addressed and results are improved.
• Deliver a world-class service through others by ensuring a client centric culture.
• Identify areas of resource inefficiencies and promote optimization.
• Optimize efficiency and embed correct values.
