Nedgroup Investments, part of Nedbank Group, seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Manager in Asset Management based at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. You will lead BI initiatives, interpret data to inform strategy and drive transformational outcomes.

The role requires at least 5 years in MIS/BI in a management capacity, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering client-focused reporting and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

5 years in a management role in MIS/BI.
Strong ability to analyse and translate data into business action.
Proven stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver BI services to Nedbank internal clients for management visibility.
Provide insights and recommendations to all management levels.
Ensure transformational targets are met and sustained.
Support culture of transformation and Nedbank values.
Lead by example, address culture survey issues, and drive client-centric service.
Identify inefficiencies and promote process optimization.
Oversee performance of reports and develop talent retention programs.
Foster depth of skills through knowledge sharing.

Title:Asset Management: Senior Business Intelligence Manager

Job Purpose

To use analytical techniques to understand the economics of a business area; to interpret business results and to recommend innovative solutions or strategies that would improve business results.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver service to meet Nedbank internal client's requirements to enable all levels of management to spot opportunities and detect any problems early.
Provide recommendations based on insights to different levels of management within Nedbank.
Ensure transformational target are met.
Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Nedbank culture building initiatives, business strategy, and CSI. Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise, ensuring personal and professional growth.
Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and values, leading by example.
Ensure issues raised in culture survey are addressed and results are improved.
Deliver a world-class service through others by ensuring a client centric culture.
Identify areas of resource inefficiencies and promote optimization.
Optimize efficiency and embed correct values.

Support financial community by providing MIS to achieve targets.
