Job summary

Pele Green Energy is seeking a Graduate to join the Asset Management team in Sandton, South Africa. You will assist the Head of Asset Management and Junior Asset Manager in daily operations, reporting, procurement, revenue management, and audits, while developing analytical and leadership skills in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant BCom degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CIMA qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly reporting from external partners for operational assets.
• Review monthly reporting from service providers for operational assets.
• Review board packs for operational assets.
• Assist with AM reporting for majority owned assets.
• Assist with compliance reporting for majority owned assets.
• Assist with snapshot reporting and quarterly DOE reporting.
• Assist with IPPO and NERSA reporting.
• Assist with procurement and payment schedules.
• Assist with supplier reconciliations and invoice support.
• Assist with revenue invoicing and audits.
• Attend AM and board meetings.
• Assist with due diligence and ad hoc requests.
