Job Purpose

To manage and maintain accurate, complete, and valid client data to support business and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Review and assess existing data to identify inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
  2. Use Excel functions and formulas to clean, format, and standardize data.
  3. Verify the accuracy and completeness of information to ensure data integrity.
  4. Collaborate with the team to understand specific data quality requirements.
  5. Maintain and update databases and data systems, applying necessary changes and enhancements.
  6. Document and report data issues, problems, and solutions.
  7. Develop rules to ensure accurate data capturing.
  8. Create monitoring tools to identify data quality issues in real-time.
  9. Coordinate with project, system, web, and business teams to align data quality initiatives.
  10. Design dashboards and BI reports to visualize data quality metrics.
  11. Ensure data structures and capturing processes comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  12. Produce reports and data extracts to ensure compliance with RMCP and other legislative standards like Unclaimed Assets.
