Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support in the implementation and development of operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods, and techniques.

Job Description
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships through networking with industry leaders, regulators, policy makers, and business partners key to developing new ventures.
  • Business Development: Lead and manage the strategic plan for bulk business acquisition in line with Absa's business unit strategy.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence through research—reading articles, publications, internet sources, word of mouth, and networking—to stay updated on market developments.
  • People Management: Coach, mentor, and manage team members to achieve business objectives and promote colleague development.
  • Operations & Compliance: Stay informed about relevant legislation, industry developments, and knowledge that impact the Business Advantage segment.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required). Professional qualifications are a plus.
