Asset Controller Position

The above vacancy exists at our Packaged Gas department, Kempton Park, reporting to the Asset Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Asset Controller will function in the following key areas of responsibility for this role which include but are not limited to:

1. Managing moveable assets of the Packaged Gas division;
2. Minimising the risks of physical loss;
3. Provide accurate and timeous counts and reports;
4. Conducting investigations into irregular activities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Must have any commercial or business-related qualification;
2. Commercial Crime investigating skills / Security systems will be an added advantage;
3. Minimum of 3 years experience in Gas industry or related industry with customer interaction;
4. Medically fit to perform strenuous and physical work;
5. Strong administrative, verbal and written communication are essential;
6. Must be proficient in the MS Office suite and JDE system;
7. Must be willing to travel and work overtime when required;
8. Valid unendorsed Code 8 Drivers license.
