The institution partners with several leading training academies and prides itself on delivering high-quality, accredited learning experiences. This role involves the assessment of both practical and theory work, student administration, and coordination support across three affiliated educational platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, highly organised, and confident engaging with students and parents both online and face-to-face
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate in Advertising or a BCom/BA Degree in Marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking to students and parents, both telephonically and in person
Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally
Conflict management and problem-solving abilities
Organised, detail-focused, and accurate in administrative tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online education platforms
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess practical and theory work according to institutional standards
Provide constructive feedback to support student growth
Support the academic support manager in student services
Mark online assignments and offer student feedback
Maintain accurate records of grades and student progress
Contribute to the development of assessment materials and processes
Perform student administration and recordkeeping tasks
Assist with responsibilities across all associated colleges
Manage student uploads on the MICT Seta LMS
Stay up to date with educational trends and practices
