About the Role Our client, a growing electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Assembly Line Supervisor to oversee their production line in Kimberley . This role is crucial for ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and within the set production timelines. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electronics assembly, possess strong leadership qualities, and be adept at motivating a team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment in the Northern Cape . You will play a key role in optimizing workflow and ensuring the successful output of our electronic products from our Kimberley facility. Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with quality control, engineering, and materials management departments.
• Manage the allocation of resources and materials to the assembly line.

• Promote a positive and productive work environment on the assembly line.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical qualification in electronics or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in electronics assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of assembly line workers.
• Strong understanding of electronics assembly processes and quality control measures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and technical diagrams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands in Kimberley .
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kimberley , Northern Cape .
