Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Assembly Line Supervisor in Kimberley to lead a busy production team, optimize workflow, and uphold safety and quality on the line.

You will supervise staff, drive lean improvements, train new hires, and coordinate with maintenance and MES systems to meet daily and weekly targets.

You will be responsible for supervising assembly line staff, managing workflow, and implementing process improvements to meet production targets. This hands-on leadership position requires excellent people management skills and a thorough understanding of assembly processes.
