Partner with the best

As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our production line. You will play a vital role in quality and certification of our products while maintaining safety standards.

As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing thorough inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Verifying conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing.
  • Performing incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers.
  • Maintaining batch traceability of components used.
  • Operating automated test jigs to validate product performance.
  • Assemble, weld, mark, test, clean, and package products efficiently.
  • Supporting stock management and inventory control to maintain a smooth production flow.
  • Assist with product dispatch and logistics.
  • Providing technical expertise in specific manufacturing areas (e.g., Soldering, Assembly, Application of Conformal Coating, etc.).
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in line with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Acting as liaison with vendors for ordering and testing supplies when required.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a National Diploma / Technical College Certification or equivalent with an IPC certification.
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience as an Assembly Line Operator, Production Technician, or Operator.
  • Possess experience in printed circuit board (PCB) inspection.
  • Demonstrated experience in a production environment.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
