• Assist in daily operation and preparation of food per guidelines.
• Control stock and waste, report shortages and expiry risks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of own station.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Interact with guests, provide professional service and resolve issues.
