About the Role

As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the asphalt plant. You will lead all plant activities to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, cost control, employee relations, and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• 5-7 years' experience in a similar management role within the Construction and Civil Engineering industry
• Strong experience in asphalt plant operations and production management
• Proven leadership, people management, and industrial relations experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
