We are recruiting experienced and reliable Paving Machine Operators to join our client's construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating paving machinery such as asphalt pavers, rollers, and other related equipment to apply asphalt to roads, parking lots, and other surfaces in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paving equipment including asphalt pavers, screeds, and rollers.

• Ensure proper setup, alignment, and operation of the paving machine.

• Monitor the paving process to ensure a smooth, even surface and correct depth.

• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with the crew to ensure safe and efficient work practices.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Load, unload, and secure equipment as required.

• Report any equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paving machine operator or similar role.

• Familiarity with asphalt paving procedures and techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and work orders.

• Good physical condition.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.

• Valid licenses and qualifications.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
