Our client in the financial services industry is seeking an Artworker to be responsible for creating, formatting, and finalizing artwork for various digital and print media projects. This role requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail who can ensure that all visual materials meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent materials.

This position will operate within our Client's open and collaborative creative culture. This means all creative is shared early and often with the multi-disciplinary creative community. This will help ensure alignment and consistent evolution of our brand and holistic customer experiences.

What you will do:

• Produce high-quality artwork for various marketing and communication materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, reports, and digital assets.
• Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Adapt and resize existing artwork for different formats and platforms.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications.
• Correct any discrepancies or errors in the artwork before final production.
• Ensure all artwork is print-ready and meets the technical requirements of various printing processes.
• Work closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project briefs and requirements.
• Provide support and feedback to the design team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual materials.
• Communicate effectively with external vendors and printers to ensure proper production and delivery of materials.
• Maintain an organized library of artwork files, ensuring all assets are properly labelled, stored, and easily accessible.
• Keep track of version control and updates for all artwork files.
• Manage and archive completed projects for future reference.
• Ensure all visual materials are consistent with brand identity and guidelines.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and templates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an artworker or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
• Experience in Adobe Express for template creation driven work is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of digital and print production processes and requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design and typography.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of digital design tools and web technologies.
• Experience working within and contributing to a Brand Design System.
• Familiarity with project management software and workflow tools. Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
• Must be able to prepare and conduct pre-flight checks on print materials.
• Should have experience in supporting environmental sustainability, particularly in the creation of artwork.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of artwork and design projects.
