Job summary

Premier FMCG is seeking a qualified Maintenance Artisan to maintain equipment and plant on site in the Eastern Cape. The role covers fault finding, system upgrades, and routine audits to ensure safety and stock control.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a relevant trade and at least 3 years in a baking environment, plus the ability to work outside normal hours in a heavy, noisy bakery setting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Registered Artisan (Red Seal) with Dept. of Labour is required.
• 3–5 years' experience in a relevant trade.
• 3 years' experience in a baking environment.
