Sasol is seeking a maintenance professional for Secunda Operations in Mpumalanga to operate basic mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment and perform routine tasks according to detailed instructions. You will contribute to safe operations, risk assessments, and team collaboration to meet performance targets.

The role requires formal trade qualifications, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Matric/N3 with Maths, English and Physical Science.
• Occupational Trade Qualification/Certificate (Mechanical Red Seal).
• Experience: 3+ relevant years.
• Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate basic mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment following strict instructions.
• Read, interpret and implement task risk assessments and safety procedures.
• Participate in daily meetings and planning sessions to assign and track work.
• Contribute to root cause analyses and RCA feedback.
• Mentor junior artisans and contribute to PDP development.
• Support maintenance strategy and adherence to safety and environmental policies.
