Job summary
A management solutions provider in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an individual to implement operations plans and ensure compliance within their organization. The successful candidate will monitor performance, conduct maintenance tasks, and maintain relationships with service providers. This role is vital for ensuring effective operations and supporting the broader organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Implement the unit operations plan, monitor daily tasks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Report on performance and draft reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and correct procedures.
- Provide breakdown maintenance support and diagnose faults.
- Participate in company events and embody company values.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on diesel machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and coordinate stock management effectively.
- Review financial reports and manage expenditure against budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the unit operations plan by understanding the plan and activities, including all projects and key performance measures, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and monitoring implementation daily.
- Report on performance by tracking unit performance against targets, identifying progress and areas of concern, drafting reports, and submitting quarterly and as required.
- Ensure compliance with processes by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of processes, implementing correct procedures, and addressing any areas of concern daily.
- Provide breakdown maintenance and service support by receiving call-outs, diagnosing faults, implementing solutions, testing, and completing job administration within deadlines.
- Contribute to the organization by participating in company events, supporting company activities, and embodying Enaex values daily.
- Conduct preventative maintenance by adhering to schedules, servicing diesel machinery, vehicles, and equipment, testing, and completing job administration within deadlines.
- Coordinate stock management by checking stock levels, requesting additional stock as needed, and maintaining stock records.
- Monitor expenditure against budget by reviewing financial reports, addressing any anomalies, and implementing corrective actions monthly.
- Maintain relationships with service providers by monitoring service levels, ensuring standards are met, and taking corrective actions as needed.
