Provide descriptions and specifications for equipment and materials required for maintenance or repair.

Carry out minor modifications to systems as instructed.

Assist in maintaining the performance and appearance of building offices.

Instruct technical assistants as needed.

Transport tools, equipment, and materials to worksites.

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding as needed.

Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for use.

Oversee minor and major projects.

Report unsatisfactory conditions to the supervisor.

Discuss and resolve problems with the supervisor.

Report job completion to the supervisor.

Take leadership responsibility in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring safe work practices.

Coordinate contract roles.

Organize, plan, and control operational activities.

Carry out quality checks.

Set up and control maintenance schedules and routines.

Execute maintenance according to plan and budget.

Perform fault finding and repair work.

Conduct daily inspections of building structures.

Compile lists of required materials and control inventory.

Ensure cleanliness of storerooms, workshops, and facilities.

Produce maintenance activity reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
