Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and bake breads, rolls, cakes, pastries, and other baked products.
• Follow recipes and production schedules.
• Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient quality.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and hygiene per regulations.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage stock levels of ingredients and report shortages.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily bakery operations.
