Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

   • Outputs: AI adoption roadmap and plan; compliance and ethics reports; AI adoption training.
2. AI-Powered Automation & Process Optimization
   • Identify manual processes for AI automation; deploy AI workflows in clinical, research, and admin areas; optimize supply chain via AI forecasting; ensure AI scalability in cloud; integrate AI with existing systems.
   • Outputs: Automated workflows and efficiency reports; AI supply chain forecasting; deployed and integrated AI solutions.
3. AI for Data-Driven Decision-Making, Predictive Analytics & Commercial Strategy
   • Develop AI for patient risk and disease prediction; leverage AI for drug discovery and trial optimization; implement AI in medical imaging and diagnostics; enhance data analysis for insights; use AI for sales, marketing, and Rx forecasting; support commercial teams with AI for segmentation, demand, and intelligence; evaluate and recommend data platform modernization for AI; optimize data pipelines for AI analytics.
   • Outputs: AI models for predictive patient care; AI drug discovery reports; improved diagnostic accuracy; AI sales and marketing forecasts; AI insights for commercial strategy; modernized data platform with optimized pipelines.
4. AI for Patient-Centric Innovation & Personalized Care
   • Design AI patient engagement tools; develop AI for personalized treatment; utilize AI for remote monitoring and chronic disease management; enhance accessibility via AI telemedicine; ensure AI enhances patient care.

Qualification

Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Preferred: Master's or PhD in AI, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent discipline.

Experience:
- Required: 3–5 years in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical AI applications.

Skills:
- Proficiency in developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and data platforms.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and healthcare compliance standards.
