Role Overview

A leading creative agency is seeking a highly skilled Art Director to bring innovative ideas to life across various campaigns. This role is ideal for a visionary designer with strong conceptual abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of branding, digital and traditional advertising.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute compelling creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
2. Lead and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to produce high-quality work.
3. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints from digital to print.
4. Present and defend creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
5. Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
6. Work within deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

1. 3 years of experience in graphic, digital, or UI / UX design.
2. Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.
4. Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
5. Experience with social media graphics, web design, and digital marketing assets.
6. Knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus but not required.
7. Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
