About the Role

You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the overall visual style, ensuring a cohesive and compelling aesthetic across all aspects of the game. This role involves managing and mentoring the art team, collaborating closely with other department leads, and translating creative concepts into tangible visual assets. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in art direction, a deep understanding of art principles, and the ability to inspire and guide a team to create visually stunning and immersive gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the overall artistic direction and visual style for game projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the art team, providing guidance on quality, style, and execution.
