Vehicle Patrol Officer Job Description

A Vehicle Patrol Officer is responsible for patrolling designated areas and responding to client requests and signals forwarded from the monitoring centre.

Job Requirements & Other Attributes

• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of the area

Responsibilities

1. Familiarize yourself with the area
2. Maintain response times as required by management
3. Possess necessary driving skills
4. Use the shortest possible routes within the area
5. Familiarize yourself with client premises
6. Follow up with clients after serious incidents and offer assistance
7. Pay attention to all calls and assist with problems or complaints
8. Conduct public relations and introductory calls to new clients
9. Ensure client safety by thoroughly checking premises and prioritizing client welfare
10. Show empathy and listen attentively to clients
11. Provide full feedback to clients when necessary
12. Maintain uniform etiquette, conduct daily parade, and comply with SOPs
13. Ensure the vehicle's appearance and complete daily/weekly checklists
14. Maintain personal hygiene
15. Participate in daily parades
16. Submit comprehensive reports and feedback as required
17. Follow correct radio procedures as prescribed by ADT Security
18. Forward accurate information both upwards and downwards
19. Keep the workstation/office neat and tidy
20. Attend all required meetings and training sessions
21. Have expert knowledge relevant to the position
22. Avoid abusing company telephones for private calls
