Job summary

Merchant West is launching the ARISE Programme in South Africa. It offers a full-time, permanent placement across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban, designed to accelerate a career in lending through hands-on experience in credit analysis, operations, legal, compliance and sales.

Participants will rotate through lending businesses and aim to become top Portfolio Managers, specializing in the product area that aligns with their strengths by program end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
• No prior work experience required; motivated to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, with a preference for Accounting, Economics, or Finance

Experience

• Clear criminal and credit record
