Merchant West launches the ARISE Programme in South Africa, inviting 10 ambitious graduates to start a full-time, permanent career across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban.

The rotational role covers lending, credit analysis, operations, legal and compliance, with a path to Portfolio Manager.

No prior work experience is required; we seek motivated individuals with a commerce degree and a passion for finance and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, with a preference for Accounting, Economics, or Finance.

Responsibilities
