Sasso Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Process Modeller (ARIS) to analyse, design and optimise complex enterprise processes. The role demands hands-on ARIS expertise, BPMN 2.0 proficiency and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.

You will document processes, drive process improvements, and support governance and enterprise transformation efforts within a hybrid, 3-year contract arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant diploma or degree in IT / Information Systems / Business Analysis / Business Management / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in business process modelling, analysis or improvement.
• Proven hands-on ARIS experience for enterprise process modelling is essential.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and AS-IS / TO-BE mapping.
• Experience facilitating process discovery and requirements-gathering workshops.
• Understanding of business architecture, governance and operational controls.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and update ARIS-based business process models (AS-IS and TO-BE).
• Document current-state and future-state processes; create detailed process maps and hierarchies.
• Apply BPMN 2.0 and governance standards; maintain repositories and conventions.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and control points; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Engage with stakeholders; facilitate workshops and obtain sign-off on process docs.
• Support process standardisation, improvement initiatives, and transformation efforts.
