Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets, including trader education.
Achieve Call Cycle Compliance and KPIs.
Install, place, and replenish POS at Trader outlets.
Daily reporting on HHT and KPIs, driving look of success.
Collect and share insights, opportunities, competitor activity, and monitor visibility of product flow.
Effective Execution of Promotional Activity:
Communicate promotional activities to store owners.
Negotiate POS material with store owners/managers.
Ensure promotional activities are implemented, maintained, and reported on.
Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor competitors’ new innovations.
Ensure all in-store staff understand the mechanics of promotion and provide feedback to Supervisor.
Build-up of promotional events and displays as required.
Call Cycle Management:
Identify call cycles and ensure implementation.
Administer and complete according to requirements.
Inform Supervisor of cycle and ensure suitability.
Effective Administration:
Complete reports timeously.
Manage assets and equipment.
Complete necessary documentation when required.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries, and requests and ensure resolution.
Communicate and maintain knowledge of promotions/product knowledge to provide advice on product use.
Build and maintain strong working relationships.
Effective Self-Management:
Maintain personal quality and productivity standards consistently.
Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures.
Plan and prioritize to manage competing demands.
Anticipate and manage change effectively.
Demonstrate flexibility in balancing personal objectives with organizational needs.

Job Requirements
Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Marketing Development Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Matric / Grade 12.
Tertiary qualification – added advantage.
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in Telecommunications sales and marketing.
Tech-savvy.
Valid driver's license.
Smartphone (Operating System | iOS 9.0 or higher or Operating System | Android 6 or higher).
