Job description

Play a pivotal role in driving growth strategy by implementing effective sales strategies and plans. Exciting new role for a Sales Hunter.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include signing up new hardware merchants as well as developing and motivating existing hardware merchants and credit champions to optimize credit sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and onboard new hardware merchants to expand the merchant network.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing hardware merchants.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to credit champions to enhance their sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
