KingsleyIrons Recruitment Services CC seeks an Agricultural Area Sales Manager to drive seed sales across the Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha region. You will coordinate a network of independent agents, meet sales targets, and deliver strong farmer service with solid product representation in the area.

You’ll act as the key link between agents, farmers and head office, overseeing sales flow, resolving seed-related queries, and ensuring smooth delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural sales or agronomy.
• Agricultural qualification or studying towards.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support independent sales agents across the region
• Ensure agents meet sales targets and follow correct processes
• Oversee the full sales flow: agent sale → admin → delivery → invoicing
• Build strong relationships with farmers; handle seed-related queries and complaints
• Conduct regular farm visits and agent check-ins
• Monitor market activity and contribute to regional sales growth
• Work from the field most days; occasional office days as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Agricultural qualification or studying towards
