Area Sales Manager (FTTH) required in Cape Town (West Coast).

Salary: R20,000 per month (includes fuel allowance).

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent.

Own Vehicle is a MUST.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead & mentor a team of prepaid sales agents
• Daily check-ins, performance tracking & agent support
• Develop and execute powerful sales strategies
• Regular field visits to boost motivation and productivity
• Upload & manage agent sales through our app
• Submit and review daily BI reports and sales stats
• Communicate clearly via WhatsApp groups
• Onboard and train new agents to hit the ground running

What You Need:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Own Vehicle – Non-Negotiable
• 1+ Year Experience in Sales Management or Field Sales
• Great leadership, communication & time management skills
• Comfortable with WhatsApp & CRM/digital sales tools
• Passionate, driven & target-focused
