Duties and Responsibilities :

Market Share | Market Growth : Contribute to increased lead generation and sales by participating in developing and executing sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies to enhance market share and growth in line with company goals. Explore at least 20 new potential customers monthly and escalate issues to management.

Qualified Opportunities And Conversion Rate : Grow the pipeline and increase deal size by managing opportunities, quotes, and proposals, aiming for high conversion rates.

Region Performance Management : Manage dealer relationships through goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring. Promote sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate product sales with internal teams. Willingness to travel extensively within African regions is required.

Booked Revenue : Build long-lasting customer relationships, generate new business and renewals, support regional dealers, and leverage tender and vendor applications to generate sales.

Forecasting And Reporting : Report sales, revenue, and expenses, update CRM systems, and conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities.

Administration : Manage sales documentation, follow up on deals, maintain customer databases, and circulate customer satisfaction surveys.

Marketing And Sales : Participate in promotional activities, research industry trends, and develop sales through various initiatives including travel and direct engagement.

Compliance And Governance : Follow corporate governance and operational procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Ad Hoc Tasks : Participate in additional projects and tasks as required.

Health, Safety & Environment : Comply with safety regulations, keep the workstation clean, use protective equipment, and maintain professionalism.

Skills And Qualifications : Mature, attentive to detail, motivated, with good communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Cognos, and Salesforce. Willingness to travel extensively in Africa.

Education And Training : Matric or equivalent, with post-matric qualifications in sales, marketing, or related fields preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including cross-border trade and export knowledge is advantageous.

Salary ranges from R800,000 to R900,000 annually, including incentives, based on experience and qualifications.
