- Monitor and communicate pricing in stores, investigating identified discrepancies
- Confirm pricing and list price in accordance with the cycle deal sheet
- Assist Field Manager in new account applications

- Communicate pack changes and new product innovation
- Conduct and communicate ranging exercises in accordance with trade sector
Effective management of shelf health
- Count stock and determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock according to requirements
- Unpack stock
- Ensure all lines are on display according to trade sector layout
- Optimize stock levels, monitor slow/fast sellers, and take appropriate action
- Conduct quality checks, respond to poor quality or damaged stock
- Ensure stock rotation
- Keep area/shelves clean, tidy, and uncluttered
- Identify opportunities to cross merchandise and implement
- Communicate and achieve brand objectives
- Manage out-of-stock situations
Effective execution of point of purchase
- Apply point of purchase drivers as per unit specification
- Negotiate space based on rate of sales

- Report on competitor activities

Customer service and satisfaction
