JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving turnover
- Controlling expenses
- Controlling stock losses
- Managing, developing and motivating staff
- Training and recruiting staff
- Managing merchandise
- Focusing on customer service
- Managing in-store administration and security checks
Qualifications and Experience:
- A business or retail related degree will be advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years retail experience with a minimum of 3 years senior store leadership experience.
- 3 years' Area Manager experience (advantageous).
- Entrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven).
- Valid drivers' license.
