Position: Area Manager – WC/SC (Stone Fruit & Citrus)
Location: Western & Southern Cape (negotiable)
Industry: Fruit Export / Agriculture

Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to manage procurement, production, and quality across Stone Fruit and Citrus in the Western and Southern Cape. This is a senior role ideal for someone motivated by performance, quality, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of fruit
• Expand and manage a strong grower network
• Deliver accurate seasonal estimates (pre- and post-harvest)
• Oversee harvest and packing processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Minimize unsound fruit deliveries through proactive quality control
• Ensure compliance with all Food Safety standards
• Provide in-field technical support to producers
• Handle grower administration and ensure accurate reporting
