Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Area Manager at Mr Price Home , leading multiple stores to success through strategic vision, team empowerment, and a passion for delivering standout customer experiences and trend-forward home solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Maximizing Sales & Profitability:

• Seize business opportunities that will maximize sales and profit. Drive store management teams to promote sales through all relevant channels. Ensure that all stores are adequately staffed to meet the store demands and drive sales. Constantly gather and evaluate information that impacts on company KPI's in order to monitor performance of stores.

Driving a High Performance & Dynamic Team:

• Ensure business practices and management style is aligned to company culture. Build a strong succession plan in the area aligned to employment equity goals. Provide direction and coaching to store management.

Administration & Business Improvement:

• Examine area P&L to identify any areas of concern. Use relevant systems to retrieve information regarding sales and other store metrics.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Ensure that all stores administration is aligned to audit practices. Ensure that stores comply with company rules, policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Grade: 12.
• Diploma in Retail Management.
• 8+ Years retail experience.
• 5+ Years in a managerial role.
• Microsoft Office (Advanced)
