Area Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Area Manager to service the Gauteng area.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple practices / sites.
  2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
  3. Develop and manage budgets for each practice / site.
  4. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  6. Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  7. Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership to the team.
  8. Conduct performance reviews and address staffing needs.
  9. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  10. Identify business development opportunities and partnerships.
  11. Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  12. Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics for products.
  13. Optimize ordering processes to maintain adequate stock levels.
  14. Monitor product quality and vendor relationships.
Requirements
  1. BCom Degree or Diploma in Retail / Finance.
  2. Minimum 5 years operational management experience within a multi-site environment.
  3. Extensive people management and leadership experience of junior management employees.
  4. Financial management experience (budgets, profit, and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.).
  5. Valid driver's license and own transport.
  6. Willingness to travel.
  7. Proficient in MS Office.
