Fidelity Services Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee security services, manage security staff, and ensure high service standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in security management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. This role involves significant responsibility for staff management and operational integrity, making it crucial for the candidate to have a strong background in the security industry.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the overall purpose of this position is to manage several Operations Managers in covering the following key areas: client liaison, HR/IR matters, fleet management, expenses control, investigations, and ensuring the posting of security officers. The role also involves ensuring all site security requirements are adhered to and that the client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
