We are seeking an Area Manager for a permanent role based in Houghton, Gauteng.

Duties & Responsibilities

Experience Needed To Be Considered
  • BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business-related field, candidate must have Finance Management / Finance 2
  • A property-related degree is advantageous
  • Must be a SA-born citizen with a valid driver's license and own transport
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • 4+ years' experience in property investment / property finance structuring
  • 5+ years' experience in business management
  • Experience in banking, sales, marketing, and business investment
  • Experience in sourcing clients, analyzing financials, and drafting investment reports
Responsibilities
  • Take complete ownership of financial management, income, and expenses
  • Oversee the end-to-end property investment process with a focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management
  • Actively participate in various committee meetings
  • Prepare and present detailed investment proposal reports
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Strategically cultivate and maintain relationships
  • Actively manage client relationships and participate in management meetings

Salary: Market Related.
