Hychem is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and grow our customer base in the designated region. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about customer service, business development, and operational excellence, financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Grow the customer base
• Diversify Revenue Streams
• meet sales targets
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
• Ensure Area Managers fulfil their responsibilities and fulfil KPI’s
• Stay updated on Hychem’s products and services
• Understand competitor offerings and market trends

Branch Operations Management

• Manage stock levels,
• Manage staff performance
• manage daily operations
• Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure security of inventory
• Ensure that Branch stock is ordered correctly from the production plant

Finance

• Oversee branch resources and financial performance
• Budget Preparation
• Be the custodian of company assets

Planning, Admin & ReportingSubmit monthly reports and action planUpdate customer records

• Foster teamwork and cross-department communication
• Assist with duties outside the normal scope when required

Ability to Lead People, motivate Team members and demonstrate maturity in managing relations both internally and externally

• Batchelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
