Job description

Minimum requirements for the role :

  • Must have a relevant bachelor's degree in business management or a similar field; an agricultural qualification will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a similar role.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to implement relevant strategies.
  • Must have business and financial acumen as well as sales and marketing expertise.
  • Sufficient crop protection and plant nutrition knowledge is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel when required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Being part of a strong Area Management team and working closely with skilled Crop Advisors, supporting producers and driving growth where it matters most on the farm.
  • Overseeing regional commercial operations.
  • Focusing on business unit support and strategic goals, market expansion, and operational execution.
  • Working closely with the Executive Manager: Primary Business Channel.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting local strategies, and ensuring strong delivery to producers.
