Duties
- Collaborate with the marketing division to create awareness of the company's Limited brand at an Area level.
- Conduct presentations on the company's product offering.
- Cultivate and build networks with various SME Stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop, manage, and retain employees at the area office.
- Manage the investment process of the area office by screening and evaluating proposals, provide guidance on due diligence, review reports and manage credit risk levels of the book.
- Analyse and interpret annual financial statements and management accounts.
- Provide input and contribute to the decision-making process at various committee meetings.
- Proactive review of the area key performance indicators to maximise the areas performance levels.
- Collaborate with support functions such as marketing and postinvestment divisions to drive and improve the areas performance levels.
- Monitor income / expense responsibilities for the area office.
