Area Manager

Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Area Manager to lead multiple retail stores across the Western Cape. If you're a born leader with a passion for retail this one's for you!

What You'll Do:

1. Run and support daily store operations
2. Boost sales & keep costs in check
3. Ensure stores are clean, stocked & running smoothly
4. Manage staff, stock, cash & audits
5. Help hire, train & motivate teams
6. Deliver amazing customer service
7. Stay ahead of retail trends & spot growth opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5+ years in store or area management
2. Computer savvy (MS Office)
3. Valid driver's licence
4. Willing to travel (overnight trips included)
5. Confident leader & great problem-solver
