What You’ll Be Rocking:

  • Crafting, developing, and implementing killer marketing strategies in line with company standards.
  • Managing marketing activities, compiling insightful reports, and providing feedback that fuels growth.
  • Keeping compliance in check by implementing control systems and conducting audits like a pro.
  • Setting and smashing production and performance standards.
  • Becoming the go-to person for internal and external clients, anticipating market needs and trends.
  • Orchestrating marketing events across the region, ensuring objectives hit the bullseye.
  • Building and nurturing relationships that make business magic happen.
  • Taking profitability seriously, analyzing, reporting, and optimizing.
  • Coordinating training efforts to ensure Funeral Agents are up to speed with Company processes.

What’s in Your Toolkit:

  • Marketing Mastery: 5 years in marketing within the Funeral & Insurance industries.
  • Compliance Confidence: Solid knowledge of SHEQ policies and audit procedures.
  • Power Communicator: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Road Warrior: Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets and financials is a BIG advantage!
  • Industry Expertise: Funeral industry experience is a golden ticket!
