Job Purpose / Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and results-driven Area L&S Product Manager to drive growth and profitability within the SAI region by creating customer-focused products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Area Strategy and Pricing for Local Services: Align with global guidelines, anticipate future performance, and ensure compliance.
  2. Innovation: Drive local innovation, develop products, and manage P&L ownership.
  3. Support Sales Management: Establish value propositions and manage product performance to meet targets.
  4. Manage Product Development and Investment Cases: Collaborate with procurement, develop local products, and establish business cases for asset investments.
  5. Collaborate with Operations: Grow L&S, ensure targets are met, and enforce controls for business execution.
  6. Balance Sheet Management: Work with Finance to manage assets and financials.
  7. Build and Develop Team: Establish a team with logistics expertise, act as a subject matter expert, and share best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant degree with advanced management qualification preferred.
  • Proven executive experience in logistics and services management within a large, preferably global, matrix organization.
  • Expertise in Local Services and understanding of local customer needs.
  • Experience managing P&L of a sizable business and financial acumen.
  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of global logistics trends and industry best practices.
