Placements24 is seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor for the George region to oversee daily cleaning operations and staff across multiple client sites. You will partner with clients to tailor services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and driving exceptional service delivery within our sanitation operations in the Western Cape.

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar management role.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the George area.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.
