An established Development & Architectural company on the North Coast, KZN, is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team of professionals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in architectural design and roles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, contracts, SANS, and construction methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A valid driver’s license; own car; willingness to travel, drive, and fly to sites for projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed drawings and specifications based on architectural designs
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather relevant data for project planning
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and tenants to ensure project feasibility
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage projects to ensure timely delivery
• Provide technical support during the construction phase
• Attend and chair project meetings
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of project changes
