Responsibilities

• Consult and communicate effectively with clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare and draft residential plans for municipal submission and construction purposes.
• Manage municipal submissions via Local Authority and Building Control processes.
• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and other professional consultants.
• Assist the Project Manager with site inspections and technical queries when required.
• Ensure all drawings, project documentation, and submissions are accurate, complete, and well-organised.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
