Qualifications and Skills:

8-10 years’ work experience
SACAP professionally registration (advantageous)
Deep knowledge of local building codes (SANS 10400) and construction detailing.
Proficient in Revit Architecture & AutoCAD (min 8 Years)
Site and Construction Administration
Experience in Rendering Software (advantageous)
Effective Time Management, Collaboration and Teamwork
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality technical work on time.

Purpose of My Role:

As an Architectural Technologist at BPAS, you’ll play a key part in the technical delivery of projects across all work stages. Assist in the technical detailing, coordination, and site work. Preparing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with building codes. Your role will drive maintenance of high-quality standards in design and construction drawings.

Networking within the industry is expected and encouraged to build relationships and opportunities that will further enhance BPAS's presence and influence.
